Q: How can I contact you about my order?
  
A: The easiest way to reach us is by contacting us through the link below. Please provide as much information as possible (reason for contact, order number, issue, etc.) in your first message so that we can get you the answers you need as soon as possible.

Q: I received notice that a portion of my purchase had shipped, but I have not yet seen anything about my other items.
  
A: We work with multiple suppliers to provide the variety of products available in our store. Some items will ship from the US while others may ship directly to you from one of our suppliers outside of the country. Either way, you should receive tracking and shipping confirmation for all of your items, so if you are past the general 1-3 business day time period for the processing of your order, and you still have not received confirmation of your order having been shipped, please contact us to let us know.
  
Q: Is it possible to expedite the shipping of my items?
  
A: Currently, we do not have the ability to offer expedited shipping, however, we are working on that as something we can hopefully offer in the future.
  
Q: Do you do custom orders, or custom designs?
  
A: Absolutely! Send us a message with an idea of what you are looking for, and we will let you know what we can do!
